O informe recolle datos, boas pr\u00e1cticas e propostas sostibles impulsadas por cooperativas e entidades galegas para reducir e valorizar os alimentos, contribu\u00edndo a un modelo produtivo m\u00e1is eficiente e responsable.<\/h3>\n<p>No marco da <a  href=\"https:\/\/agaca.coop\/gl\/?goto=TEoTW1kWBwFNDw9dSV4sEQkfFRRRJWE\"><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Rede Eusumo<\/span><\/strong><\/a>,ve\u00f1en de publicar este estudo: &#8221; Estudo de impacto e potencialidades da prevenci\u00f3n de perdas e desperdicio alimentario no sector hortofrut\u00edcola da econom\u00eda social de Galicia&#8221;. Este estudo para o fomento do cooperativismo e da Econom\u00eda Social en Galicia, analiza en profundidade a problem\u00e1tica da <strong>perda e o desperdicio alimentario no sector hortofrut\u00edcola<\/strong>, un desaf\u00edo de enorme relevancia econ\u00f3mica, social e ambiental. A trav\u00e9s dunha revisi\u00f3n exhaustiva de fontes oficiais e de entrevistas a entidades galegas de Econom\u00eda Social \u2014as cooperativas\u00a0<span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a style=\"color: #339966;\"  href=\"https:\/\/agaca.coop\/gl\/?goto=TEoTW1kWBwFSFwoATUcwCggZVRYeKiFUZw\"><strong>Horsal SCG<\/strong><\/a><\/span>,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Porta do R\u00edo Mi\u00f1o SCG<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>e a empresa de inserci\u00f3n<span style=\"color: #339966;\">\u00a0<a style=\"color: #339966;\"  href=\"https:\/\/agaca.coop\/gl\/?goto=TEoTW1kWBwFNDw9dRUUsEAUXSRJdZy1WJVk_MCpGKBs5O0R8a0ARRCoSKw\"><strong>Primicias Ra\u00ed\u00f1a<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u2014, o informe achega unha visi\u00f3n actualizada sobre as causas, o impacto e as posibles soluci\u00f3ns a esta problem\u00e1tica desde unha perspectiva cooperativa. Ademais, pon o foco na nova\u00a0<strong>Lei 1\/2025 de prevenci\u00f3n da perda e o desperdicio alimentario<\/strong>, que marcar\u00e1 un punto de inflexi\u00f3n para o sector agroalimentario galego. O obxectivo \u00faltimo \u00e9 contribu\u00edr \u00e1 construci\u00f3n dun modelo produtivo m\u00e1is\u00a0<strong>sostible, solidario e eficiente<\/strong>, no que a Econom\u00eda Social xogue un papel clave na reduci\u00f3n e valorizaci\u00f3n dos alimentos perdidos ou desperdiciados.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1639\">O traballo afonda na magnitude do problema tanto a nivel global como europeo, destacando que cada ano se perden ou desperdician mill\u00f3ns de toneladas de alimentos que poder\u00edan destinarse ao consumo humano. Este fen\u00f3meno ten un forte impacto econ\u00f3mico e ambiental, pero tam\u00e9n presenta importantes retos \u00e9ticos e sociais, nun contexto no que mill\u00f3ns de persoas carecen dun acceso axeitado a unha alimentaci\u00f3n de calidade.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"2101\">Neste sentido, o estudo salienta a oportunidade que representa a Econom\u00eda Social \u2014e especialmente o cooperativismo agroalimentario\u2014 para avanzar cara a sistemas alimentarios m\u00e1is responsables. A trav\u00e9s de boas pr\u00e1cticas, innovaci\u00f3n e modelos de xesti\u00f3n sostible, as entidades do sector poden reducir as perdas nas fases de produci\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n e consumo, contribu\u00edndo as\u00ed ao cumprimento dos Obxectivos de Desenvolvemento Sostible e \u00e1 transici\u00f3n ecol\u00f3xica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2576\">O documento incl\u00fae, ademais, propostas e exemplos de iniciativas que xa se est\u00e1n a implementar en Galicia e noutros territorios, orientadas \u00e1 revalorizaci\u00f3n dos excedentes hortofrut\u00edcolas, ao fomento do aproveitamento alimentario e \u00e1 sensibilizaci\u00f3n da cidadan\u00eda.
